I had really high hopes for the dunk contest this year. I watched some James White vids on YouTube, and I was jacked to see him windmill from the free throw line. When he couldn't put that down, it pretty much dampered the whole event for me.

 

Terrence Ross wearing the Vince jersey was sweet, but otherwise....meh.

 

What did you guys think?

The dunk contest as a whole, not just this year but for many years now, has been pretty meh. I thought both Ross and Evans had pretty good/great dunks in the Finals, but overall it was pretty disappointing as usual.

There's been a few years where I thought it was pretty entertaining. I really enjoyed the Dwight vs. Nate Robinson year. I liked it when Jason Richardson was dominating it too I guess.
